To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:

- Items damaged due to customer misuse or error.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., size exchange, damaged item, refund request).
- Once your request is received, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Original Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable: If you paid shipping costs at checkout for your original order, please be advised that these costs are non-refundable. Only the value of the merchandise purchased will be credited upon processing your return.
4. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@norrister.com. Exchanges will only be processed after we have received and verified the condition of the original item.
